Barbaresco

Barbaresco, Cantine Prunotto, 30 euro, 14 degrees. Younger brother of the previous one, according to many, for me twin brother but not photocopy. It is made with Nebbiolo but 70% combined with other Piedmontese vines, it is as powerful as Barolo but soHer, it is worth no less for the quality but for the mysteries of the market it costs 60% less than Barolo. Excellent on red meats and wild boar, I would not recommend it on game birds due to its softness.
