Tordimonte, Cantine Arcadia, 14 degrees. A blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, reminiscent of the blending of other very famous wines from other great producers. This blending is perfectly successful, producing a dry-velvety wine that is powerful and very suitable for red meats and sauces such as Bolognese. Very successful price / quality ratio.
